Run by one principal-level hands-on architect with decades of enterprise software and architecture experience.
Why solo, on purpose.
The person who scopes your work designs it, builds it, and answers for it in production. There is no telephone game between sales and delivery, no margin stacked on subcontractors, no handoff to a junior engineer after the contract is signed.
The tradeoff is capacity, and I treat it as a feature. I take a limited number of projects, scope each one tightly, and ship work I am willing to be paged for during the 30-day stabilization period.
